WAIVER

 

I understand that registrations are not transferable to another participant and that refunds are not provided for any reason. Once I am registered for this event, I am committed to participation and realize that if for any reason I am not able to participate, I will not be entitled to a refund.

 

In consideration of my acceptance of this entry, I, intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs and assignees waive any/all claims for any damages which I may have against Bolivar Kiwanis Club, Care to Learn, Southwest Baptist University, any and all race sponsors, organizers and volunteers, and/or their employees, for any injuries, illness, or death suffered by me in this event, including those which may attributable to weather conditions.

 

I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the competition of this event. I have read the entry information provided and certify my compliance by my signature below. (Parent or Legal Guardian must sign if entrant is under 18 years of age.)

 

Bolivar Kiwanis Club will be videotaping and photographing portions of the events for documentation and promotional purposes. By signing this registration form I give my consent to be filmed and photographed as part of this event.

 

This is an independent, not-for-profit charity event hosted by Bolivar Kiwanis Club and Care to Learn and is not affiliated with The Color RunTM in any way.

 

Color is 100% safe and non-toxic. However, some people prefer to wear goggles for eye protection and bandanas for respiratory protection when passing through the colors. If you would like to participate in the race but prefer to avoid the color, please see the race attendant the morning of the race.
