There are 2 ways you can register for the event.  You can either register online below To use this online form: fill out the information below, click the "Register and Pay Fees" button and you will be directed to a page for payment.

 

OR you can print a paper form and Mail completed and signed registration/waiver form along with check payable to “Bolivar Kiwanis Club” to: Bolivar Kiwanis Club | PO Box 598 | Bolivar, MO 65613 or drop off your registration/waiver form and check at one of the following locations:
